The leadership and management team at R Square has an average of 20 years of experience managing clinical study projects in the pharmaceutical industry. Our management personnel of functional departments have extensive hands-on experience and have been serving as a team lead for clinical study projects supporting FDA, EMA and PMDA submissions.
Our teams consist of experienced Biostatisticians, R Developers, Statistical Programmers using R, SAS or Python, Clinical Programmers and other Data Scientists. On average, R Square team has 8 years of relevant technical experience working in the pharmaceutical industry. 98% of our staff and consultants have received MS or PhD degrees from the U.S. Universities.
